< If the water in the solar tank is already very hot (above the desired setting value of 450C), it will automatically mix with cold water through the thermostatic valve so that the outlet water has a safe constant temperature. When the temperature in the tank is too low (below 450C), it is switched to a heat source (gas boiler) which will heat the water and then mix it to reach the set temperature levels for the various hot water needs in the building. .
